Program Overview: This program is customized for the Chinese entrepreneurs to develop leadership and senior level management skills while learning about global markets international business practices. The program will focus on cross-cultural communication and contrasting business cultures and, will examine what it takes to be an effective leader or manager.
Program Features
Classroom presentations: fifty percent of course material will take place at the Levin Institute.
Evening networking sessions: program participants interact with U.S. entrepreneurs and corporate executives to exchange business experiences and ideas.
“Invest in New York” information sessions: program participants who are interested in doing business in New York State, will be teamed up with SUNY’s FastTrac and JumpStart alumni and AABDC’s Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business network members, to determine and identify their business needs and solutions.

The Levin Institute faculty consists of nationally and internationally acclaimed industry experts, professors, senior professionals in business and international relations. Most of them hold doctorate degrees from top-ranking universities or have worked as business consultants for Fortune 500 companies. The faculty members have extensive professional experience and are positioned at the forefront of business management, research and have in-depth knowledge of doing business in China, which are valuable assets to the Levine Institute and the program participants.
